Because product quality is always our aim, the White Clinker is stored in shaded areas to protect it from humidity as well as other external factors that reduce its solidity or whiteness level. The White Clinker is transported with sealed equipment to the feeding silos which are completely closed cylindrical storage tanks with a capacity of 17,500 tons. Those silos feed the packaging equipment, as they are equipped with modern systems to transport bulk cement.

In order to verify and validate premium production and quality, United Gulf Cement Company has built a modern laboratory that is equipped with all the necessary testing and inspection tools and machinery used to analyze and examine the products in order to issue quality inspection certifications. The equipment undergoes scheduled and periodic calibrations and check ups by the Qatar General Organization for Standardization that issues certifications of validity of these equipments.

The company has pioneered in the shipping and loading operations due to its acquisition of the latest and properly equipped state-of-the-art cargo vessels, as well as loading and distribution machines.
