Because product quality is always our aim, the White Clinker is stored in shaded areas to protect it from humidity as well as other external factors that reduce its solidity or whiteness level. The White Clinker is transported with sealed equipment to the feeding silos which are completely closed cylindrical storage tanks with a capacity of 17,500 tons. Those silos feed the packaging equipment, as they are equipped with modern systems to transport bulk cement.
Production Processes
United Gulf Cement Company produces high whiteness, Grade A Portland cement in line with the globally acclaimed standards stipulated by the Gulf Cooperation Council, as well as according to American and European specifications. The company also produces Petroleum Cement. The production plant was established in a strategic location in the State of Qatar so that its production would cover a considerable part of the needs of the GCC states.
Large Projects
United Gulf Cement Company has contributed to most of the large projects in the State of Qatar as well as the neighboring Gulf States, as our products of sulfate-resistant, white, regular, and petroleum cement have been used in the construction and development of the infrastructure of major facilities in these countries.
